What's Included In Our Simple Will Program
1: Tailor-Made To Your Needs.
All Wills in our Simple Will Program are drawn to the client's specifications and tailor-made to their individual needs. We work with the client until it's right.
2: Sprinkle Trust Included.
All our Simple Wills include a "Sprinkle Trust" for the benefit of minor
and disabled beneficiaries. This alone can save tens of thousands of
dollars, avoiding a conservatorship should distribution be made to a minor or
incompetent heir. (We won't do a simple Will without including
a Sprinkle Trust.... it is that important and beneficial to
you.)
The cost is $300.00 USD,
is a mere fraction ( 1 to 2 percent ) of the
potential savings of future administration costs should you not have
the Sprinkle Trust. Such savings allow
you to maximize the monies made available to your loved ones.
You also have better control over the distribution of funds to your heirs
once
you're gone.

3: Memorandum of Distribution of Personal Property
All standard Wills include a
Memorandum of Distribution of Personal

You can change the Memo as often as you want in the
comfort of your home. The legal requirements are simple to
follow and we provide you with instructions and directions to
assist you.
4: Medical Power of Attorney
The program includes a Medical Power of Attorney. This document allows someone to make medical decisions for you in the event you cannot do so yourself. It is a very important document and no one should be without it. All of our Medical Powers of Attorney contain the latest HIPAA provisions.

The likelihood of
relying upon it during your lifetime is very great. As you advance in age you
can expect more visits to the hospital. Each trip to
the ER or hospital exposes you to the potential
situation where you cannot speak for yourself. Regardless of

within the realm of possibilities for this situation to arise.

We provide a Living Will. This document is also known as an "Advance Medical Directive". It tells the world your decision about your end of life care. It helps avoid a "Terri Schiavo" like situation and instructs your heirs and family how you want to be treated in your last moments of life.
